Educational qualification: 

R&D Officer: candidates must have 4 years full time Bachelor Engineering Degree in Chemical with at least 60% marks (aggregate of all semesters/years) and 50% for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.

Assistant Account Officer: candidates must have graduate in any discipline from any recognized University with at least minimum 60% marks and 50% for SC, ST & PWD candidates and Inter CA with 3 years of articleship as per ICAI rules

Packaging & Quality Control Officer: candidates must have 4 years full time bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Technology with at least 60% in aggregate of all the semesters/ years, for Unreserved and OBC and 50% for SC, ST & PWD candidates from any recognized Indian University / Institute.

Safety Officer: candidates must have 4 years full time bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology branch from any recognized Indian University.

Officer Trainee – Human Resources: candidates must have passed two year full time, post graduate degree /equivalent course in HR /Personnel Management / Psychology/ Industrial Relations/ OR Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/ UGC recognized institute / Personnel Management from AICTE approved form any recognized university

Junior Administrative Assistant: candidates must have graduation (B.Sc/B.Com) with at least 50% aggregate marks of all semesters / years and 1 year certification course in Basic Computer Skills (MS Office etc.)

General Service Assistant: candidates must have ITI in Mechanical Trade with 50% aggregate marks of all semesters / years.
